On March 30th-31st 2017, the Spanish partner Inercia Digital, will host the second partners’ meeting of the “QUASER – Transparent qualifications for boosting the quality of services addressed to asylum seekers and refugees” project, in Huelva.
The event will be the occasion to discuss about the research conducted at national level to examine and better understand the competences and skills needed for the provision of quality services by the Asylum Seekers and Refugees (ASRs) operators’ in the Centres hosting ASRs, in four European countries (Spain, Italy, Greece, Sweden).
The results of this research will be a comparative report on working processes, which will underline the commonalities among the four countries and will form the basis for identifying the competencies needed for efficient implementation of these processes. This information will lead to the design of training curricula and supporting materials that will allow the operators to acquire the necessary professional qualifications.
